I am a freelancer and I need some help with focus.
While I do my tasks, I get sidetracked by watching YouTube and messaging friends. I try to keep my focus, but I usually get tired. This has been a challenge not just for me, but for most.
Until I have come across a time management method called Pomodoro Technique.
It’s a great productivity tool.
- You pick a task.
- Set the timer to 25 minutes.
- Work on it until the timer rings.
- Take a short break for 5 minutes.
- Then, take a longer break after 4 tasks.
It’s simple, right?
But I find it doesn’t work for me.
They said it’s a helpful way to stay focused and avoid burnout. But how did you make it work? Or are you using a different time management tool?
