Does anyone have any advice about my long cold shower habit?
I know taking long showers wastes water. But despite it, I take 45 minutes to an hour-long shower and can’t control myself. I realized it’s easier for me to have a 10-minute cold shower in the morning after my workout.
I mean, the reason I take long showers is because of its number of potential benefits.
And it includes:
- Improving circulation
- Boosting the immune system
- And increasing endorphins that act as natural painkillers and contribute to happiness.
Cold showers may not be suitable for everyone. But I have been doing it since I was a kid. And I’m used to it.
